Oxygen Pipeline

Bhartia Medicare do end-to-end Medical Gas Pipeline Installation services with precision, to get the 100% result and safety of the system we use degreased pipes, fittings and valves, and clean them even before use also. We use non-ferrous pipes and fittings and non-deteriorating plastic saddles suitable of correct size and dimensions. After erecting the pipes, they are cleaned or purged with gas and complete new system is tested at 1.5 times of working pressure for 24 hours. After testing the system ,pipes are painted with two coats of special paint and maintain right thickness & color codification is done as per IS-2379 for India and for abroad as per their contour code for the pressure gas pipe line system. We use special pipes and fittings of non-ferrous material for MRI room and other magnet sensitive area and in critical care room etc.

Testing of pipe line system before commissioning : After erection, all the pipes are cleaned or purged with gas, and complete new system is tested at 1 1/2 times of working pressure for two cycles of 24hours each

After fitting / installation and testing we once again clean the pipe and purge with the gas and do the final commissioning and after satisfaction of the client we hand over the pipe line system to client and provide AMC to the client
